Established in 1954, the Massachusetts Oilheat Council (MOC) is a business association for heating oil and petroleum products companies. We represent more than 350 companies across the state, including retail and wholesale/supplier operations. Collectively, our members store, sell and deliver nearly 70 percent of the heating oil used in homes, schools, hospitals and businesses statewide. The MOC also represents heating equipment manufacturers and suppliers and other businesses that provide valuable goods and services to the industry.
