Established in 1954, the Massachusetts Oilheat Council (MOC) is a business association for heating oil and petroleum products companies. We represent more than 350 companies across the state, including retail and wholesale/supplier operations. Collectively, our members store, sell and deliver nearly 70 percent of the heating oil used in homes, schools, hospitals and businesses statewide. The MOC also represents heating equipment manufacturers and suppliers and other businesses that provide valuable goods and services to the industry.

Using ROTELLA DFA regularly will help clean-up fuel injectors and other vital engine parts and provide all season performance by preventing gelling down to -40° F. ROTELLA DFA contains both a special cold flow improver and a de-icer to enhance the low-temperature performance of commercial diesel fuel.
